Very powerful stuff. The crown does stick out a bit, though. The concept is intriguing, and the texture you used really brings out even more interest. The piece feels very creepy, which I think you wanted to hit. I love the distorted face, it really makes the piece. I like how she isnt in the dead center of the piece (or at least not directly all of her is). I love the black and white and odd background. I hope I showed some insight.

mmmm. i love it. Very much down my alley of things that make my heart go thump in the night.

I love the texture you used with this image. and i love the pose of the model and the blurred out bits and everything.

One thing I would change maybe is the crown. I don't know why but it's standing out to me like a sore thumb. If it's suppose to be like that, awesome!! If not I would look at finding a way to make it blend a bit more.

But overall I think it's a great artwork!!!
